Australian shipping
For orders placed through our online checkout, shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. When you send an enquiry here, our team will confirm freight with your quote before the order proceeds.
Send your suburb, postcode, door size, quantity and any access restrictions. Do not assume a flat delivery charge or guaranteed transit time from a product price or city page.
Current standard shipping rate
The current standard flat rate is $80 before applicable tax for delivery to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania. Confirm the final charge for your order, including any custom door requirements, with the team before proceeding.
Free shipping applies only with a valid free-shipping coupon. ACT and Northern Territory delivery requires an individually confirmed freight quote.
Melbourne / VIC pickup
Pickup is available by arrangement. The manufacturing business is based at Suite 1, 852 Mountain Hwy, Bayswater VIC 3153. Confirm the order is ready, the collection details and suitable transport with the team before travelling.
International orders
We do not currently ship outside Australia because of customs, freight and product-handling restrictions.
Before booking your installer
Confirm the final specification, readiness and delivery arrangements first. Door prices do not include wire mesh. Beading is supplied. Discuss hardware, finishing and fitting requirements separately so the receiving and installation plan is clear.
If something needs to be returned
Contact the team before returning a product so return instructions can be provided. The original policy describes a 14-day return window from delivery, sellable condition requirements and customer-paid change-of-mind return freight. Refer to the complete policy for its terms and contact the business about any damaged, defective or incorrect supply.
Shipping terms checked against the original Timber Screen Doors shipping and returns policy on 29 October 2026. Pickup availability is also advertised on the original site.
