Our refund and returns policy applies for 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in sellable condition, and returned in its original packaging where possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

Returns are available within 14 days from delivery. Please note that Timber Screen Doors does not cover return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns.

Returned products must be in sellable condition. If an item is damaged, used, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the refund may be declined or reduced at Timber Screen Doors’s discretion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card provider or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at info@timberscreendoors.com with your order details and photos of the issue where applicable.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We ship within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside Australia due to customs, freight, and product handling restrictions.
